I was injured at work. Threatened by my works insurance company telling me to say that it wasn't a work related accident. If I didn't the insurance company said it would be years until I saw a penny of any money collected. After thinking about this over a few months I decided that what my works... insurance company did was just wrong. So being from Neenah/Menasha area the only work comp Lawyer I knew or heard of was Sam Bomier. He requested all my Dr. notes and anything I had related to my injury. Sam called me back to his office and told me"Sorry nothing I can do to help" All from my statement to my work hurt my case bad. So I figured "ahh just forget about it". Months later is when I found Mark Gustafson. He talked to me about my case and he went over all my paper work statements.ect. A little while after he called me and said that he could help with the case.Well this really perked my interest .. I mean heck Sam couldn't help me so how could Mark?? Anyways my injury was only worth about 10.000 not a very high paying case but figured the money could sure help to pay off some Dr. bills.. Anyways awhile after I had a meeting with Mark and dang he got me 30,000 instead of ten. Needless to say he was nothing shorter then amazing! I also have a lower back injury that put me in the Mayo Clinic in Minn. Guess who I will use again??No doubt Mark Gustafson. Thank for the awesome job.. His fee was also very reasonable also.

I hired Mark for a work comp and ssdi case. Mark totally did not listen to me and blew my work comp case, instead of going after the employer i was originally injured at he thought best to go after the most recent i had at the time and lost my case and the appeals, he ran me out of time. When I we...nt to my ssdi hearing Mark showed up and didn't have any idea what was going on he told me he didn't get a chance to look at my case file and 10 minutes before the hearing he received a phone call he had to take during which time i was called in for the hearing and won my own case. mark stole over $5000 dollars from me and when i confronted him on it he told me to just be happy he won my case and hung up on me. Mark is a thief as far as I see it and I would definitely advise looking for an attorney that knows what he is doing. I went from a great life with a great income to being very poor thanks to Mark and his incompetence as a work comp social & security attorney.... He owes me over $5000 dollars which i am sure i won't ever see.. but word of mouth and telling the truth about him and keeping even one person from making the mistake I did hiring him is enough for me.
