Biography
James C. Herrick is an active plaintiff personal injury attorney who has represented accident victims throughout the State of Wisconsin. Mr. Herrick is AV Preeminent Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell for ethical standards and legal ability and appears in the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers. He received both his B.S. and J.D. degrees from the University of Wisconsin.
In addition to his work as a trial lawyer, Mr. Herrick has served as an expert witness on attorney malpractice and bad faith claims and acts as an arbitrator in personal injury claims. He has been a guest speaker for the State Bar of Wisconsin on an array of topics, including negligence update, evidence law, and economic loss claims. He has also been a guest lecturer at the University of Wisconsin at Madison’s law school. He wrote a chapter in the book The Law of Damages.
In his free time, Jim enjoys working with and training his German Shepherd dogs and adopted wild mustangs.
