Scott D. Rodman

I grew up in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, graduating from Fond du Lac High School (formerly Goodrich High School). I graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Madison with a B.A. in History and Economics. I studied law at Antioch School of Law, which has become David A Clarke School of Law in Washington, D.C.

I have practiced civil and criminal law in both California and New York States. I am focussing on bankruptcy law because, unlike other areas of law, when a person or couple go through bankruptcy, I can in most cases, improve their financial circumstances by helping them get a "fresh start". In our current economic crisis many of us have seen our balance sheet go from "manageable" to "disaster" sometimes quickly, due to a variety of reasons including divorce, unexpected medical bills, overextended credit card debt, foreclosure or loss of a job.
