I enjoy many activities with my wife and two boys, including camping, biking, golf and tennis. I also enjoy reading and following the Twins and Brewers.

Botched a simple power of attorney document
This lawyer wrote a health care power of attorney for my sister and was paid in full. At the hospital she was informed that the document wasn't dated for witness signatures. There were simply no dates. The POA was worthless and she had to go into the hospital with no POA.

Attorney represented me in a POA case for my mother....
This attorney had represented me in my mother's POA case in the beginning. Paid him total amount owed for the paperwork & once received my payment in full no longer would return my calls or messages left for him in regards to this same case. Since then there was a POA conflict and I did try to call...
