My husband was involved in a work related injury that shattered his lower leg. He was 50 years old at the time and this was a difficult injury to heal. With the bones shattered and an inability to go back working the same physical work that he was doing prior to his injury, his company formulated a p...osition for him so he could still work and be profitable for them. It was a generous offer that he couldn't refuse. Two years later the company was sold and the new owners eliminated his position because they figured he was a liability. With the loss of employment, Workman's Compensation became less eager to approve Tim's treatments for pain and all of the depression and anxiety he was feeling as a result of his injury and then termination. We lugged all of our massive paperwork piles in to her office relating to injury, treatments, work history with the company, and anything else that we could find that might help show our situation. If she needed something she would request the information and we would get it back to her as soon as we got what she requested and she would get right back on it again. She makes you feel like you are her priority even though you know she has a full work load with many clients. We have dealt with several lawyers in the past for lesser issues but we have never connected with a person like Patricia. She is one in a million and I would recommend her to anyone who would benefit from her services. She managed to get Tim a decent settlement, a medical account arrangement with Workman's Compensation, and Tim is now on Social Security Disability. He is finally starting to live again and feel like a person. We are so fortunate to have found Patricia in our time of need.
