Largest project to date for client entailing an approx. $20 million dollar custom fabrication and installation. Agreement was approximately 1200 pages and would usually take two weeks to review. Review ... completed in 6 days, negotiations held with general contractor (national firm and their counsel), and both parties were able to accomplish what they wanted for the agreed upon price.
