We have worked with Attorney Lim for almost ten years. Whether it was to get legal advise on how to handle a situation or needing representation. My lawyer quit Reff Law half way through my case. Mike Lim took over my case at Reff Law, but he did absolutely NOTHING on my case. After Lim repeatedly ignored my messages, I went into their office one day before my trial to ask Mike Lim if he was ready for the trial. He was not. He didn't even ...know where my file was located. When he found it at the bottom of a pile of papers off to the side, it was obvious that he had not ever reviewed it. When I told him that my trial was the following morning, he had to request a new trial date. When I asked Mike Lim why he wasn't ready, he told me Reff Law transferred the case to him when my attorney quit, but that the money I was paying his firm was not being credited to him personally, so he did nothing. He didn't want to help me. He intended to do nothing. He cared not all about me and my case.
