Biography
Heath G. Mynsberge was admitted to the Wisconsin state bar in 2010, after graduating cum laude from the University of Wisconsin Law School where he participated in the Chicago Bar Association Moot Court Competition . He has also been admitted to practice in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, the Eastern and Western U.S District Courts and the U.S. Tax Court.
Though he has a general practice, Heath has substantial experience in the Unfair Sales Act/Minimum Markup Law with clients throughout the state of Wisconsin. Heath can not only litigate or defend such a suit, but he also helps convnience store owners avoid liability by being proactive and working to comply with all aspects of this confusing and complicated law.
Heath was made a partner of the Dempsey Law Firm, LLP, in 2017.
