Attorney Osowski has been practicing law in Oshkosh for over twenty years. She focuses her practice on workers compensation, personal injuries (such as car, truck, and motorcycle accidents; bicycle and pedestrian injuries; falls; dog bites; and wrongful death cases), Social Security disability, and many different types of civil litigation (such as insurance disputes, landlord/tenant fights, property disputes, contract issues, and special assessment and property tax appeals). She serves as the Chair of the Litigation Section of the State Bar of Wisconsin and Chair of the City of Oshkosh Board of Review. She is the author of an extensive book about civil litigation called Trial Preparation Tools, has authored blogs on litigation issues, and has presented dozens of seminars on personal injury, civil litigation, and a variety of workers compensation topics.
