Maternal Grandmother sought custody of three minor children after automobile wreck killed Father and Mother was arrested on vehicular homicide. Paternal Grandmother took the grandchildren without notic ... e to mother or other family members. Multiple cases were filed in multiple jurisdictions to the point the various Judges were confused. We were able to show it was in the best interest of the minor children to be placed with maternal grandmother, even though she lived multiple states away.
