I first saw Terry Nussberger while i was representing myself on a speeding ticket. He was defending his client on a separate matter. I was very impressed by how professional and how Mr. Nussberger. Presented his case to the judge. I could see and feel that when he was helping a client, he gave 100%. ...That is when i decided if ever I needed an attorney, he was who I was going to hire. I have had Attorney Terry L. Nussberger for several matters including divorce, business,real estate closings and my living will. He has been very professional, listened to my concerns, and put together a winni.g case each time. I am extremely pleased by andwith his services.

He was gave enough evidence to win the case, but does not use it. We call an he is always out. He does not put all that he could in a case to try to win it. He needs to research the kind of case he is representing, but he did not. What he did I could of went to court without a attorney. He did not... argue the case an show any evidence to back up what the judge was told. He acted like from the beginning that we would loose the case an than have to appeal it. Like he will make more money that way. I would like to see him show up for court I don't think it does much for the attorney to be on a phone for the hearing. He could even see if the dates an time does not conflict with another hearing an try to get the hearing time changed. I would like to see him speaking with the clients an keeping them in the loop with their case. Don't charge so much on the bills. People pay per hour and don't want to be charge all of the little stuff too. I did not feel that the case was well represented. I do not recommend.
