This attorney is personable and knowledgeable. He is competent and gave me some good advice. The main reason I stopped my business relationship with him is that he was representing me in a business matter. Before the judge, the complainant claimed that he had a former client relationship with my atto...rney, to which the attorney responded, after a mental memory jog, that he was correct. Seriously! I was frustrated, put on the spot, and for some bizarre reason, the judge chastised ME. Eh? I had to go back to court with other representation. This was a two person practice at the time, and really, that is just sloppy work. He did apologize to me and said he wouldn't charge me for the time, as I would hope not. The issue remains, that the damage goes deeper than simply not being charged. I had to find new representation, and ended up paying almost double the rate with someone who was not familiar with my business. The whole thing was a bad experience for me, wasted my time and energy, and was all-around pretty egregious.
