I have been practicing in the areas of real estate, business counseling, banking, and estate planning for 20 years. I assist in handling both simple and complex real estate matters, condo conversions, property sales/purchases, and all other matters involving real property. I continue to work with both businesses and individuals, providing counsel on the formation and operation of businesses of varying sizes in addition to reviewing contracts and assisting with business and real estate transactions. In addition, I provide clients with sound legal advice regarding their estate planning and farm succession matters.
