OUTCOME: Apology and money settlement.

A client came to me after his mother was found with severe bruising at an assisted living facility. We were able to investigate several cover up stories and figure out what we believe really happened. ... This resulted in an apology from the facility and a settlement for the client. It was a very satisfying case for me as a nursing home abuse attorney to help a family move on from such a disturbing instance of abuse.
