I hired Tom to help red-line a business contract. I was nervous about how much time it would take to go through the lengthy contract but all my fears dissolved by the time we had finished red-lining the agreement! He answered all my questions and addressed each concern in a clear & concise manner. He... also helped me understand complicated legal terms or scenarios with analogies. Thomas Burton wrote a Living Trust for us. He was fantastic!!! He was very personable and fun to work with. My wife and I had some unique and specific stipulations we wanted in our Living Trust.
