Have you contact code enforcement? Have you made the landlord aware of the problems and given him/her adequate time to correct them?

Can I request a copy of his discovery and any other documents pertaining to his case? Is this a husband wife privilege?

I have to agree with the previous poster...you are in a difficult position. If you are no longer in a lease, perhaps you should consider moving....

She should file a Prejudgment Claim of Right to Possession right away. Then she will have to file an Answer as well. Contact a local...
