There he oversaw legal negotiations and contract development during a significant growth period for the system; provided legal advice and representation to Gundersen Lutheran and its medical staff in medical malpractice, licensure and other proceedings; and became a frequent lecturer on compliance, employment, ethics, patient confidentiality, patient safety, risk management and other topics.
Both the Wisconsin Supreme Court and National Arbitration Forum have requested Tom's arbitration and mediation skills.
