Tim A. Korf

Hired Tim Korf to handle my bankruptcy case. I was assured this was a walk in the park. Did the financial counseling and paid my fee. When it came to the court day, he sent me a letter saying he couldn't be there. He would have someone else there to represent me. Months later I was still being harass...ed by a creditor. I called Tim, and he said there was nothing he could do about it. My state tax refunds were intercepted two years in a row & they put a levy on my personal bank finances. I sure wished I would have gone to an attorney who would have represented me. I would NEVER go back to Tim Korf, nor would I recommend him.
