Keith J. Pilger

Attorney Pilger is Co-Managing Partner at the firm. He works with owners of small and medium sized businesses on a wide range of issues including business formation, corporate matters, buy-sell agreements, contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and business succession planning. Keith also regularly assists clients with residential and commercial real estate acquisition and development, and planning for long-term ownership of family cottages, family farms, and other recreational properties. Keith has assisted many families with the preparation of customized estate planning, including wills, trusts and powers of attorney that are specifically tailored to accomplish their personal goals. 

Being from central Wisconsin, he is actively involved in the community. He resides in Stevens Point with his wife Kristi and their three children.
