Biography
I am a Certified Elder Law Attorney with a practice primarily focused in the areas of elder law and disability planning. I also provide general estate planning services, probate and estate administration, trust settlements and guardianship proceedings. I regularly advise clients in the areas of asset protection, medical assistance eligibility, special needs trusts, public benefits planning and various other types of planning for incapacity.
It is very rewarding to assist elderly and disabled individuals, along with their caregivers and family members, to insure that proper planning is in place for the future.
I also enjoy working with community organizations and am a frequent presenter in the areas of medical assistance, elder law and estate planning.
