Some estates are easy but sometimes they can be incredibly complicated. In a recent case we had to resolve ownership of a property that was purchased in the early 1900's. There were more than 13 hei ... rs. We did not know the location of several heirs. However, we were able to resolve the ownership of the property and get it sold.
