OUTCOME: Successfully defended against all of Mother's petitions to ensure that Father's established schedule for custodial time with his children was undisturbed and in fact increased the amount of time the children spent with Father on holidays.

I represented Father in this custody action. Mother filed multiple petitions seeking modification and contempt against Father in an effort to reduce his time spent with the parties' two children.
