OUTCOME: Overturned parole decision to release murderer
A man murdered his wife in 1977. He was sentenced to life in prison. in 2007, the Ohio Parole Board recommended he be released. I was retained by the victim's daughters to appeal the decision and ha ... ve the murderer kept in prison. After a long investigation and through case presented, we won our appeal and the murdered is still incarcerated.
OUTCOME: We won.
