It includes but isn't limited to drug, theft, domestic violence, sexual assault, battery, endangering safety, and disorderly conduct charges. It also includes criminal traffic charges such as hit and run, failure to install an ignition interlock device, and operating after revocation.

Plain and simple, this is drunk driving. What is not plain and simple is that you are automatically guilty just because you were pulled over or even arrested. Take action immediately because there are time deadlines.

If you or a loved one has been injured or had property damaged by another and it was not through the course of your employment, the other party should be held responsible.
