Attorney Schenk was extremely helpful and professional when taking on both cases I had. Not only did he calm my nerves but he explained everything and was quick to respond to all of my questions. With his representation both cases ended in my favor. He was clear from the start what the cost would ...be. His staff was very patient and understanding. I could not have succeeded without him. You are in good hands with Attorney Schenk!

At one point I believed this attorney was reputable. Being that he offered flat rates seemed like a breath of fresh are when seeking contempt motions for my family custody matter. The case was drawn out for over 2 years and during this time he picked and chooses when to respond. I strongly feel thi...s attorney is a settler not a litigator. In high conflict custody cases he has shown not to handle this case. At one point I was even threatened that he was reconsidering his position as my attorney after he lost joint legal custody and my time was reduced down to one to two hours weekly. My frustration about this out come as he expressed was I should be grateful. During this point my son was being withheld for over a period of 9 months and he assured me it would be ok and it won't affect my position. He was greatly wrong. I had to start a grievance process demanding repayment for damages he caused. In the end he settled and paid back some of the money I paid him to do a job he never completed. I would not recommend him for a custody case.

Failed to show evidence available to the court Provided advice and did not defend us for taking said advice. He made a deal harmful to us without our authorization. Minimal work performed on our case. He did not earn the thousands of dollars paid to him. He did not return phone calls or ...respond to emails.

Aaron did not answer questions that were asked by email or phone, seemed very lazy. I paid the price quoted in the beginning of $5000 I should have paid the half down because he did not do anything but give bad advice we now have a new attorney in a different state and the new attorney asked why Aaro...n did two things that really jeopardized my case. Very bad advice I would never hire him again or recommend anyone else to.
