I don’t know where to start, mr babcock first of all says yes I hear you over and over again. But I’m highly doubtful of that. Leading into court he instructs to give in to this give in to that. For over a year this goes. Then court doesn’t bring up important issues. His line of questions are all the... ones that I supplied, when he asked if there were anything I could think of. He did mange to ask two questions that with a simple follow up question could have proved that but he didn’t. I’m not sure why he even asked any questions at that point. Child custody lawyer well hiring him was a huge mistake and has cost dearly. But he will get his well over 20, 000 and that the most important thing here. Now I can only pray this doesn’t happen to another person and or family. I had to give a star which is still to much

I hired Mr. Babcock for what should have been a simple divorce. I told him I didn't want to fight the divorce but that I wasn't going to rollover. At the temporary hearing, Mr. Babcock very quickly explained to me about the financial and showed me "his" figures that he came up with. Then after he spo...ke with opposing counsel, returned to me with a totally different set of financial numbers, handwritten and told me "I think this is fair and you should take this offer" Yes I accepted the offer, trusting my attorney, even though I thought the numbers were very low. I wasn't allowed to see my ex financial statement. That was kept between the attorneys. After the temporary hearing I contacted Mr. Babcock stating that me ex was not following the temporary order that we agreed upon. Mr. Babcock answered me saying "I can't control what other people do." I proceeded to ask Mr. Babcock for proof that he conveyed certain information on to opposing council and questioned how my ex got copies of paperwork I turned into Mr. Babcock and received an answer from Mr. Babcock that he was going to withdraw representation for me on grounds of irreconcilable differences. Of course used my total retainer fee. I would not recommend Attorney Babcock.
