First off, he took on two cases that he had absolutely zero experience dealing with. This ultimately forced me to hire different attorneys. His neglect to name the proper defendants, pursue discovery or pay jury fees turned the cases into complete chaos and caused the litigation to drag on for severa...l years and without true justice. The mistakes made, whether intentional or not, were so severe it made every other attorney question his ability to practice law. It appears his practice mostly consists of court appointed criminal defense cases at this juncture of his career. I would be leary even of that representation. Hired lawyers are supposed to work for you and protect your rights. There is nothing worse than an incompetent lawyer secretly trying to pursue his political goals while pretending to be pursuing justice! That sums up my experience with Mr. Wimberger.
