We represented the Defendant in a 15 year marriage with one child over 18 years of age. Husband/Defendant had a medical condition and was afraid of being left destitute by Wife. We obtained past unpa ... id medical expenses to be paid by Wife and an additional four (4) moths extension to occupy marital. residence past the Final Judgment and Decree of Divorce, even though it was clear that the home was Wife's pre-marital property. We also obtained forgiveness on a personal loan to Defendant, plus a sizable division of Wife's pension by a Qualified Domestic Relations Order.
