We hired Mr Vandenberg to help us get a variance for our driveway. Gave him $500 up front. This guy basically did nothing. We expected him to come look at our property and get a plan in place. My husband had to do all the legwork and had to do all the talking at the variance meeting. He was horrible ...at telling us what he needed or how he could help us. He basically robbed us. I asked him for an itemized bill for the $500 we gave him. He ignored this email. Our next meeting is in a few weeks, he has not contacted us after the city decided to give us 60 days to come back and prove our point.
