Client charged with DUI, Failure to Maintain Lane, and two counts of Failing to Report Striking an Object. Officer reported finding a crashed vehicle with no one in the vehicle, engine cold, and two pe ... rsons in a nearby vehicle. Officer talked only to the driver of the second vehicle and only observed the passenger, claiming that the passenger showed signs of intoxication. Officer determined that the crashed vehicle belonged to the passenger and arrested the passenger for DUI and traffic charges. Attorney Brenda Rothman argued motions and the case was completed dismissed and restricted from the client's record.
