Biography
I practice estate planning and elder law. When my clients meet with me for the first time, they are worried about providing for their families, enacting an estate plan that avoids probate and protects assets, and navigating the complex rules of Medicaid and VA benefits. I help them enact a personalized, detailed estate plan and chart the course through government rules that’s best for them. I love showing clients how to use legal powers they never knew they had to take control of their future and put their minds at ease.

Establishing special needs trust
Ben has been working with us on a trust of which my wife is executor. He has guided us through disposal of a piece of property and the establishment of a special needs trust for it's beneficiary. He has also helped guide us through the Social Security process for the beneficiary.
