Lida Marie Bannink

I am an attorney at Eckberg Lammers in their business and individual law groups. I focus my practice on business and civil litigation; often representing business owners, creditors, and farmers in commercial and civil litigation to settle disputes and achieve the best possible outcomes in accordance with each clients'​ goal.

I am able to synthesize complex legal and factual materials and clearly in order to communicate all aspects of the case to my clients. I strive to resolve disputes out-of-court, keeping clients informed as a case progresses. However, I realize that this cannot always happen. When called upon to litigate, I am a strong advocate for my clients in the court-room. 

I was raised on a small rural farm in Clear Lake, Wisconsin. Early on I developed a interest in agricultural and environmental issues. This was one of the driving forces for my education in law. While at Hamline University, one of my majors was Environmental Studies and I was the Educational Chair of Hamline's Minnesota Public Interest Research Group. While in law school, I was a member of the Environmental Law Society. Through a combination of education and experience, I am passionate about assisting local family farmers. 

When I am not assisting my clients, I enjoy spending time outdoors, camping, hiking, quilting, spending time with my husband and daughter, and honing my photography skills.
