I recently moved out of state with my child. I was sure I could move as I checked into it before I physically moved. However, for really the first time in about ten years his father finally seemed interested in visitation. He served me ten business days before the scheduled court date, so I needed he...lp. Ms Miller did an extraordinary job completing my marriage dissolution. She explained in very simple terms what would happen when you end a 30 year marriage; asset separation, spousal support & premarital assets. The process of filing the necessary documents was completed - even while I struggled, ...really had some moments with personal property. Everything I wanted was at list price and everything on the other side was auction priced or free. Ms Miller was very successful in negotiating items that had sentimental as well as asset value and were premarital property. Ms Miller was very concise and professional handling the opposing attorney. Conferences were helded to a minimum. I was told, again in simple terms, what was going to happen at each step. The final conferences were polite and respectful. The completion of the marriage dissolution although relatively expensive (equalization of assets) was done with fairness to both parties.
