Wrongful Death misdiagnosed my wife's heart attack

I worked evening and my wife worked days in Lancaster, We were only married a few weeks when she went to the Grant Regional Hospital ER complaining of chest pains, dizziness, and breathing problems with hardly any physical activity. No tests were conducted to rule out a heart problem. Robin was diagn...osed with a migraine, prescribed painkillers, and told to walk home. She got home around 7pm and suffered a ruptured myocardial infarct. I found her dead on the bathroom floor when I got home from work around midnight. family sent me to attorney Key. He got all Robin's medical records and the autopsy and put it all in a summary. The insurance company for the hospital claimed they did everything right and weren't responsible. I know Mr. Key ran the case by several doctors who added reports to his summary. It took a little bit over one year, but the insurance finally agreed to pay me the maximum amount of money the state allows. It was pretty clear Mr. Key had worked these kinds of cases before. He told me what to expect all along and in the end I got just what he said I would.

robbed me 3,500 bucks

got 2 years in prison for eluding he worked 3 hours on case and got me max time in prison 300 bucks what he should have charged

Felony fleeing and eluding in Iowa and Wisconsin. Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and OWI 2nd. Wanted on warrant for failure to appear in Wisconsin for 2 years. Facing 20 years imprisonment in the State of Wisconsin in addition to numerous years imprisonment in Iowa associated with multiple convictions for drugs, burglary, and other crimes. And he complains after agreeing to the 2 year sentence I negotiated for him at a cost of $3500? ,

DUI

Was charged $15,000 to handle my case but was never available when I tried to contact him. He was in Germany for several weeks. I had a DUI cases in 1989,93,2007,2009,&2018. He sent me an additional bill for $2880. I spent 6 months incarcerated 3 yrs probation and 16months treatment court. I feel I w...as over charged for what I received. I haven't sent him the $2880 yet.

It is always a challenge representing clients with severe alcohol, drug, and mental health problems for not just the attorneys and their staff, but for the courts and everyone else involved. In this this case the client had approximately 12 DUI convictions in several states accrued over the course of many years. She was facing a Class F Felony, 12.5 years in prison, and a $25,000 fine. She was also facing charges in another jurisdiction for Disorderly Conduct related to her drinking. After several court appearances over the course of many months, consults with counselors and psychiatrists, and the acquisition and review of numerous case files and court transcripts, my office was able to negotiate a plea agreement reducing her number of convictions in half. My client received 6 months in county jail with work release, 3 years of probation and concurrent weekly attendance in treatment court for 16 months. This was a remarkable success under the circumstances. I was able to get a client with 12 DUI convictions a jail sentence usually given to someone with a 3rd conviction. By the time I went on vacation, the client had been sentenced and my representation completed. Apparently there were a number of behavioral issues that arose while she was in jail resulting in rule violations causing her work release and other jail privilege's to be revoked. My firm has a stellar history of getting the best results for our clients not only in DUI cases, but in other criminal matters as well and this affair was no exception.

I heard Mr. Key was very good at defending DUI cases for people who had multiple arrests. Instead of prison, he was able to get me into a DUI treatment court program. It saved my job and placement with my kids.

DUI

At first I didn't know what was going on. In fact even after Daniel got my DUI arrest dismissed I'm still not sure what happened. He acts more like a police officer than a lawyer and put my case together just like he was the investigator. What I do know is that I am free!
