Annabelle Vang

It was a hard going through a divorce with so much to think about. I had a difficult time with my divorce because I didn't have a lawyer at the time, but a huge thank you to Annabelle for stepping in and getting everything situated. She is very easy to communicate with and I felt like my divorce went... smoothly after having her as my lawyer.

Annabelle always responded promptly to my questions, but she did not proactively explain the process as well as I thought she might have. Having never gone through a divorce, more detailed information ahead of time would have been helpful. There were times where I felt like she did not give me enou...gh direction regarding what to expect. For example, I was not told that my pension could be "appraised" and because I was not told this, I was taken by surprise when the amount came in significantly higher than what I thought I had in my pension. She was very professional in her dealings with me, and as the process went on, I felt that she became more comfortable with me and with explaining the process. I feel that if I had understood the process better, I could have avoided some of the legal fees incurred.
