In late September 2023 I was unfortunately in a head on car accident on the way home from work when an individual turned into my lane. I was left with a broken collar bone, which put me out of work immediately due to my occupation. In 2019 I was in a head on collision with an intoxicated driver. I was injured very badly and spent a great deal of time in recovery. Selecting an attorney when you can't walk and have a brain injury is not easy. But Matt made the decision for me by being obviously the best person to hire. He came t...o my house and met with me which was preferable given my condition. After our initial meeting, Matt and I had meetings either by phone or online due to Covid. Due to the nature of my injuries it took me two years before I could pursue my settlement. During that time Matt was very helpful. First, he is very good at explaining in lay person's terms all that is going on. At no point did I not feel I had a good understanding of the legal process. Secondly, Matt helped me deal with how to live my life with this legal process hanging over my head. The psychology of going through a legal process is something no one anticipates and can be at times overwhelming. He is very patient and I greatly appreciated that. His assistant Abbie is also nothing by professional and kind. They both were supportive during the final phases of my settlement which were the hardest. Matt always stuck to the facts and made it very clear to me what I could and could not expect. This ultimately made the process so much better. I can't imagine what it would have been like if I had unrealistic ideas about my settlement/arbitration. If I had to do things all over again, I would not change anything.

Matt knows what he is doing ! He understands the law and would explain things to me in detail so I could understand. I was in an auto accident and the final settlement was more than I even imagined !! I did not worry at all about the final result because any time I spoke with Matt he explained... where the process was at. And any time I met with Matt, he would show me in detail how everything was broken down. I sent all of my bills from the accident (hospital, ambulance, etc.) to Abbie who is the Paralegal for Matt. Letters were sent to all of these vendors. I didn't have to worry about any bills going to collection. Abbie knows what she is doing and she would always get back to me in a timely fashion. Before Matt would make any decision with regard to accepting/declining any type of settlement offer, he would explain what was going on and what was offered and asked for permission to either accept/reject the offer. Matt keeps you in the loop on where the process is. You never need to wonder. He is very open and up front. Matt is kind and patient and treats you with respect. He is very trustworthy and I recommend him to anyone who has been injured. He will not let you down. If I ever need help regarding a personal injury, I will contact Matt again ! He is the best !

We highly recommend Matt. He did a superb job wading through all the medical bills from our auto accident after our own insurance company stopped paying. He took the bull by the horns and got our case settled in a timely manner. We appreciate the fact that Matt did not tell us we would receive a s...ettlement that was unattainable, but was very conservative. In the end, the settlement was substantially higher then we expected. He worked closely with us and was clear and concise in his conversations.
