contact the mortgage company and ask if they will release you from the mortgage note for a deed in lieu of foreclosure.

I have a unemployment overpayment warrant from 5 yrs ago I'm on disability and can't pay is there another way to resolve this

You can contact unemployement office and see if they will allow you to get onto a payment plan. Or you could discharge it in a bankrutpcy...
