The bulk of my practice consists of meeting with clients to develop an estate plan appropriate for their needs and desires. This might include the drafting of revocable trusts and wills and the drafting of marital property agreements, powers of attorney for health care, financial powers of attorney, HIPAA releases. I also assist clients with the funding of their trusts.
