I started my career as a prosecutor in central Wisconsin (4 years), then represented civil defendants (15 years), and since 2001 have represented claimants in personal-injury cases, worker's compensation cases, and civil-rights cases.
I have litigated civil cases across Wisconsin, in both the state and federal court systems. I have appeared before the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals in Chicago, and the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
