I regularly advise on such topics as corporate formation, fiduciary responsibility, business development and operations, sales and marketing, corporate privacy and security, and mergers and acquisitions.

As Assistant General Counsel and currently as a consultant I have handled issues concerning proper hiring and termination, unemployment and workers compensation, and employee communication strategies, among others.

I have litigated contractual matters totally more than five million dollars in liability. I have been and am currently responsible for agreements such as employment, non-disclosure, non-compete, scope of work, business proposals, etc.
