DO not count on being handled by a professional attorney ....does not return phone calls or emails until you wait & wait & wait.....and then you have to recall him or try emailing him again. His "billing" is non-existent = you pay the retainer ( ...we paid $500 less than he asked for in his letter...-Thank God!) and not a bill or how he used your funds is received. Went on for over a year in a realtor misrepresentation dispute. Asked for the remainder of balance to be refunded since no billings ever sent to where our funds went, and the only results were his 2 basic letters sent and several of the replies from all parties involved. Do not count on Bart A., he comes across, as he takes lots of notes, that he "working" on your case, consulting others... AND to top it off, we meet him in 3 different open conference rooms in: -a bank in Monona -an office building near Monona -a different office building near East Towne First time stated he was moving into a new office at the time, yeah,,,,right. DO I feel like I was blindsided. A sad pill to swallow as he walks away with our $1,000 retainer.
