Do commissioners get any less competent?
I second the other review wholeheartedly. The commissioner was completely unprepared to adjudicate my case, had not even read my filings, did not give me any time to speak, and strongly intimated how close he was with the plaintiff's council. An object lesson in appallingly bad judgeship.
