Kathryn Grigg is a member of the Litigation Practice Group at Axley Brynelson, LLP, specializing in family law. Ms. Grigg has litigated cases in more than a dozen Wisconsin counties. Her areas of expertise include family law and divorce, estate planning and probate, real estate, zoning, land use and development and condemnation and eminent domain.
Ms. Grigg has an extensive family law practice. She provides expert counsel and advice regarding divorce, legal separation, child custody and placement, child support, removal, paternity, spousal support, prenuptial agreements and co-tenancy agreements. Ms. Grigg understands the complexities of family law issues and has developed an approach that blends empathy with client education. Ms. Grigg is also certified in the collaborative divorce process and is a member of the Collaborate Family Law Council of Wisconsin.
A native of Pewaukee, Ms. Grigg has distinguished herself as a scholar - first as valedictorian of her high school class, then graduating with distinction from UW-Madison with double majors in Legal Studies and History, before excelling at UW Law School. When she is not working, Ms. Grigg enjoys spending time at Lake Winneconne with her family and her German Shepherd.
