Johanna is knowledgeable, creative, and thorough. When I asked for her help with a problem in an area of law unfamiliar to me, she asked probing questions to understand what I wanted to accomplish and quickly cut to the heart of the matter, providing clear, practical advice and saving me hours of research. I look forward to working with Johanna again.
