Jesse Jonas Bair

Jesse J. Bair is a partner at Burns Bowen Bair LLP. He represents a wide range of companies across multiple industries, as well as their directors and officers, in their most significant insurance disputes.

Before founding Burns Bowen Bair LLP, Jesse was Counsel in the insurance recovery practice at one of the nation’s largest law firms. In that role, Jesse handled cases at all stages of litigation, from pre-suit mediation, through trial, and on appeal. He successfully litigated cases in state and federal courts throughout the country. Over the past five years, Jesse has recovered hundreds of millions of dollars in insurance proceeds for clients.
