Biography
I am a partner in the employment law group at Boardman & Clark and have been with the firm since 1995. I have extensive experience representing employers in all aspects of employment relations, including wage and hour issues, discrimination, Family and Medical Leave, reductions in force, harassment, hiring, discipline, and terminations. I represent employers in litigation of employment-related claims and have conducted several workplace investigations. I also have extensive experience drafting employee handbooks, employment contracts, non-competition agreements, and compensation plans.
I also speak on numerous human resources issues and conducts human resources and management trainings for clients of all sizes.
