I currently serve as an advanced contract specialist with the Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS). As a contract specialist, I negotiate, draft, manage, interpret, and enforce contracts, specific technical requirements, and Business Associate Agreements. I also implement Memorandums of Understanding, Interagency Agreements, and Engagement and Management Letters.
Before beginning my work at DHS, I concentrated my legal practice on assisting individuals, families, and businesses preserve their assets to create a lasting legacy for future generations. I collaborated with business owners to limit their liability exposure through focused contractual language in Buy-Sell Agreements, Purchase Agreements, and Service Contracts and regularly oversaw real estate transactions, probate administrations, and a wide variety of municipal legal issues.
