Peter James Richter

A Wisconsin native, I grew up in Boscobel, Wisconsin, and attended the University of Wisconsin both as an undergraduate and as a law student. In 1995, I earned a BBA with honors and was inducted into the Phi Kappa Phi and Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Societies. I graduated, cum laude, from law school in 1998 and joined Stroud, Willink & Howard, LLC, that same year. My practice is focused on employment matters and business litigation and I have represented clients in state and federal court, as well as before the Equal Employment Opportunities Commission, Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development, and the Wisconsin Employment Relations Commission.
