Focus of practice: lender representation through all phases of lending, from loan origination and renewals, to workouts and forbearance, to litigation, including receiverships, foreclosures and bankruptcy proceedings, to assisting with liquidation of significant bank-owned assets.  Extensive experience working closely with clients throughout the life cycle of the lending relationship, providing insight into the practical issues faced by lenders and effectively providing counsel to lenders.
