Mario was always available to me throughout the stress of board related issues. He was compassionate with my coping with this stress and very knowledgeable about the board’s workings. He knew the opposing counsel’s temperament and his guidance relating to this matter and the likely outcome was spot... on. I sincerely believe that if I had hired a different attorney my board issue’s resolution would have been much more onerous in the requirements.
